MINING GOLD In PILATES MAT: Teaching the Artist's Way

This workshop is for teachers of any Pilates training background who teach group mat classes and want to deepen their ability to teach classes of all levels with diverse needs. In this workshop you will learn howto identify your own unique teaching talents and strengths and to sharpen skills that will make teaching mat classes a more exciting experience for both you and your students.
